IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (the “POLICY”), “WE,” “US,” “ITS” AND “OUR” REFER TO TUNASPOT AB (“TUNASPOT”), AND “YOU” AND “YOUR” REFER TO YOU. Before using the website(s) containing the link to this policy (the “Site”) or utilizing the services provided by us, whether via the Site or applications or widgets provided by us (the “Services”), please read carefully this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).


A. Introduction


This Policy tells you how we use and protect personal information collected through use of the Site and via the Services. This Policy covers only information that is collected via the Services and/or through the Site, and no other websites that may be linked to or from this Site; nor does this Policy apply to practices of companies that we do not control or to people we do not employ or manage.

(v) computer sign-on data, time and date data, statistics on page views and clicks, your IP address, your GPS location, the type of computing environment you use, and Site and Services traffic (including data about you whenever you interact with the Site and Services, such as when you search, click on links, send messages, make comments, and drop and receive location-specific playlists (aka “Tunas”);

(vii) supplemental or additional information we may request from you in the event previous information you’ve provided cannot be verified;


(viii) Your User Submissions (as that term is defined in the Terms of Use) and any other information that you choose to make available or that other users share about you; and


(ix) information that you voluntarily provide to us.


C. Our Use of Information


We may combine your information with information we collect from other sources to improve the Site and Services and to improve the functionality and depth and breadth of offerings provided by us and our third party affiliates, customers and partners. We may provide, sell or rent anonymized information to non-affiliated third parties arising from your use of the Site, not connected to your identity, for marketing or other commercial purposes. Such use of your information collected per this Policy is used to better the user experience for all.


We provide data to our advertising partners or customers after we have removed your name or any other personally identifying information from it, or have combined it with other people’s data in a way that it is no longer associated with you. The creator of a location-specific playlist will be informed of who has picked up this playlist (including the username and profile picture). To request removal of a playlist, please contact You should be aware that if you or your friends add your home as a new venue in the Service database and that information is published on the Site or via the Services (for example, via a user checking in to that home venue), that information may be available to others and may be published by third parties without our control.


Further, we use Google Analytics and other similar A/B testing solutions, to better understand who uses the Service and Site and how people use same. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect and store anonymous information such as time of visit, pages visited, time spent on each page on your site, IP address and type of operating system used. We use this information to improve the Site and Services and make same appealing to as many users as possible.


D. Sharing Information


We may also share your personal information with:


(i) members of our corporate family to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and provide joint services to requesting users;

G. Password
